Changing storage settings during an upgrade

Changing the Placement or Scheduler storage size or class as part of an upgrade recreates the affected StatefulSet, and size increases expand the existing data volumes in place. See Manage Dapr Storage for exactly what Conductor does to the volumes, the prerequisites, and troubleshooting.
