Cancel a session and release the organization's lock, whoever owns it. The administrative counterpart to delete: it exists so one user's abandoned session cannot hold the whole organization out of the feature.
The App ID or Agent created during the journey is always deleted with it. Keeping them is a choice the session's own owner makes when they end it themselves.
